Murmansk Administration Lists Schools Open on Monday

On the evening of 23 January, a mass power outage occurred in Murmansk and Severomorsk. The cause was the collapse of power line pylons. The accident left residents without heating and electricity, and street lights were turned off. The Murmansk administration has announced how schools will operate on 26 January.
— Schools, gymnasiums, lyceums, and kindergartens in the Pervomaysky District of our city and in the Roslyakovo residential area will operate as usual tomorrow, — Murmansk Mayor Ivan Lebedev said.

Murmansk residents were also urged to leave for work earlier, with additional buses on some routes.
