On Monday, January 26, the administration of Chelyabinsk schools canceled classes for students of the first shift from first to seventh grade. This decision is due to abnormally low temperatures.

Last week, due to a cold snap below -30°C (-22°F), lessons were canceled three times, and then the exemption applied to all grades from 1 to 11 in both shifts.
