In 2026, the Union of Theater Workers of Russia celebrated its 150th anniversary. In honor of the jubilee, celebrations and theater projects are taking place across the country. A gala concert was held at the Rostov State Musical Theater, bringing together all ten professional theaters of the region on one stage. Actors from Rostov, Taganrog, Novocherkassk, Shakhty, Volgodonsk, and Novoshakhtinsk performed the best fragments of their plays.
