A Krasnoyarsk resident was deceived twice with tickets for a Zivert concert. The story dates back to 2023, when the man purchased online tickets for the singer«s solo concert. However, due to the artist»s health problems, the performance was postponed for almost a year and rescheduled for February 2024.

The buyer was sent new tickets by email, but this concert was also canceled. In response to all the Krasnoyarsk resident«s questions about when the next performance would take place, the ticket operator»s technical support said that information was being clarified, as reported by the regional Rospotrebnadzor.

But the story didn«t end there. Last fall, the Krasnoyarsk resident was surprised to find that tickets for another Zivert concert were being sold again on the website, and the seats that he had previously purchased were sold out. He got nothing from technical support and turned to Rospotrebnadzor.

«Our specialists found out that the organizer was an individual entrepreneur who ceased operations as an individual entrepreneur back in 2024. However, this does not relieve her of the obligation to refund the money. For the tickets, including the commission fee, the man paid 8,360 rubles (about $84 at current rates).»

«Now he needs to send a written claim to the concert organizer demanding a refund. If he receives a refusal, he should go to court,» NGS24.RU was told by the regional Rospotrebnadzor.

Singer Zivert will come to Krasnoyarsk on February 6, she will give a concert at the Yarygin Sports Palace. The cheapest ticket for her performance costs 4,600 rubles (about $46), and the most expensive — 7,000 rubles (about $70).

Earlier we reported on the scandal with the planned concert of Basta in Krasnoyarsk. The rapper«s performance was originally scheduled for June 25, 2023, but a day before the start it was postponed indefinitely. Ticket holders were then explained that this was done for their own safety — on June 23–24, an armed mutiny by the Wagner Private Military Company occurred in Russia.

When trying to get a refund, some buyers faced difficulties, and they turned to Rospotrebnadzor. In a pre-trial procedure, 543.6 thousand rubles (about $5,400) were returned for the tickets. Another 31 cases had to go to court. After the lawsuit was accepted, the organizer refunded the cost of 29 tickets to consumers, and to the other two — only after the court decision (9,000 rubles, about $90).
