Schoolgirl Forced to Live with Abusive Father After Threats

It has become known why a 15-year-old schoolgirl from the Uralmash district was handed over to her convicted father, Evgeny B., who then took her to a stanitsa (Cossack village) in Krasnodar Krai and raped her, filming it on video. Despite the girl«s wish to live with her grandmother, guardianship representatives insisted on transferring her to her biological father, threatening otherwise to send her to an orphanage.

«Arina (name changed) lived with her mother and stepfather, who both did not work and abused alcohol (the utility debt amounted to hundreds of thousands of rubles, or thousands of dollars at current rates). There, they could beat her and throw her out of the house. Her grandmother wanted to take her in and had all the necessary conditions. The schoolgirl went to court with an application to determine her place of residence, and they wanted to restrict the mother»s rights. But the court distanced itself from the issue with the mother upon learning that there was a biological father. At the insistence of the guardianship, they decided to give the schoolgirl to her biological father, even though he had not communicated with the child, had been previously convicted of domestic violence, and had beaten her mother,« a source familiar with the family told E1.RU.

According to our interlocutor, the girl did not want to go with her father, who had not communicated with her for many years and had not provided financial support, but she was threatened with being sent to an orphanage. Only then did she agree.

In the stanitsa, Evgeny forced Arina to engage in oral and anal sex with him, beating her when she tried to resist and filming it on his phone. The schoolgirl contacted the police. The rapist was detained, and deleted video was found on his phone. The local court chose a pretrial restriction for him – detention. A criminal case has been initiated for sexual assault. The man is 45 years old and worked as an electrician.

E1.RU managed to contact the grandmother of the affected schoolgirl. She confirmed the information and said that she intends to seek accountability for all those responsible for this situation.

«They didn»t investigate anything in court, they immediately brought in the father and gave her to him, even though I begged them not to. I was afraid that he would beat her, like he once beat my daughter. But I couldn«t even imagine that everything would be much worse. They also accused me of all sins, shouted at me that I wanted to receive payments for my granddaughter. In the past, if parents couldn»t, then children were raised by grandmothers, uncles or aunts, and everything was fine. But now, because the state pays money, drinking parents don«t want to give up children they don»t need, and other relatives can«t take them,» the grandmother shared with E1.RU.

At present, the affected schoolgirl is again living with her mother, stepfather, and little sister. The situation has drawn the interest of the prosecutor«s office of the Ordzhonikidzevsky district of Yekaterinburg.

Previously, we reported how a similar case occurred in the settlement of Kedrovka near Berezovsky. The victim was a 14-year-old schoolgirl. The accused father went to the special military operation (SMO) and died there.
