In Tolyatti, a criminal case has been initiated over an attack on a minor. According to preliminary information, opposite the cafe «Amigo», an unknown man took a schoolboy to the basement of a dormitory at 33 Shlyuzovaya Street and committed an act of oral violence against him. Then he stole the child«s mobile phone.

«The suspect was detained quickly. A criminal case has been initiated over the incident,» confirmed a source from 63.ru.
Local residents have expressed concern over the incident, and safety issues in the area are being actively discussed on social media.
«We ask you to meet and escort children to and from school, have a talk about interacting with strangers,» appealed representatives of the TOS (Territorial Public Self-Government).
This is not the first time criminals have chosen children as their victims. A year ago, the entire region was shaken by a tragedy – a repeatedly convicted resident of Chapayevsk kidnapped and raped a 2-year-old neighbor«s daughter. An ambulance team delivered the child to intensive care unconscious, with numerous injuries. Unfortunately, it was not possible to save the child.
