Tyumen's Homeless Cats Find Homes, While Others Seek Adoption

During the New Year holidays, stories of animals in need of homes were published. Thanks to this, several pets have already found families. Among them are Sirius, a black cat who previously had a family, a little kitten rescued in autumn with serious injuries, and Wanda, a fold-eared cat who spent three years at the «Murkosh» shelter.

Unfortunately, not all were so lucky. Still waiting for new owners are:
- puppies saved by a schoolboy from a trash bin;
- three-legged dog Yapi;
- dog Belozer;
- cats Bulochka, Nika, and Sera;
- cat Myshka, left at a clinic;
- cat Korkul and young cat Vertuta;
- two kittens rescued from a construction site;
- cat Semyon.
In Tyumen, there is a unique establishment — a cat cafe opened by Anastasia Kharlampova. Here, guests can interact with animals from shelters and foster homes. The organization is helped by Alisa Alieva, founder of the «Freya» foundation, and veterinary doctor Nikita Surkov from the «Kovcheg» clinic. They have arranged things so that a liked pet can easily be taken home.
