In Ufa, unknown individuals tied a pedigreed dog to a fence, the Wild Animal Rehabilitation Center (ЦРДЖ) «Pin and Puf» reported. An emaciated Doberman was discovered by a local woman at the gates of Hospital No. 18. The dog, which appeared extremely weak, was sitting on a chain, and someone had left a bag with medications, toys, and a muzzle nearby.
Center volunteers provide care for the dog as he remains under observation in quarantine.

The Ufa resident reported what she saw to the 112 service. The woman kept the Doberman with her temporarily, then rescuers took him — from them, the dog was handed over to volunteers from the center.
«The dog was emaciated and very weak, a young male, large, knows cars. What happened to him before and how he ended up in this situation can only be guessed. In the car, he immediately started to fall asleep,» the ЦРДЖ said.
Now, as UFA1.RU was told by the center«s head Dmitry Strelnikov, the dog»s condition is generally normal, and he is eating and drinking. Specialists are monitoring his health, but the dog remains in quarantine for now. Preliminary, a new owner has already been found for the dog, but first he must undergo all necessary veterinary procedures.
