In Novosibirsk, volunteers are placing the kitten Avvakum. He was born on a heating main and was very afraid of people, but now he loves to cuddle.
Volunteers caught the wild cat with her kitten on a heating main in the village of Dovolnoye in Novosibirsk Region. The animals were very scared of people, but without help, they would have perished in the frost.
«The kitten»s mother still looks at us with disgust, but the kitten has gotten used to people. He was sick for a long time, we treated him, constantly held him in our arms, at that age it positively affects his character,« said the cat»s curator Kristina.
Now Avvakum loves to cuddle and purrs when picked up. His name comes from a Hebrew word meaning «to hug.»
The kitten is four months old, he has been dewormed, neutered, and received initial vaccinations. His health is not the strongest, but rapid tests did not reveal fatal infections. To adopt Avvakum, you can contact the curator through the group «Heritage of Bastet» on the social network VKontakte.
