President Vladimir Putin awarded the Medal for Courage to Yakutsk ambulance station paramedic Yevgenia Karataeva. This was reported in a presidential decree on the Kremlin website on January 21.
Yevgenia Karataeva traveled to work in the special military operation zone several times. Her medical aid, determination, and calmness saved dozens of lives, according to the report.
