When Will Sverdlovsk Oblast Finally Warm Up?

Warm weather is coming to Sverdlovsk Oblast soon. According to forecasters, January 24 will be the last truly frosty day of the month.
“The ridge of the anticyclone is shifting south, giving way to the territory of Sverdlovsk Oblast to the influence of a cyclone emerging onto the continent in the area of the Polar Urals. A gradual warming is beginning in the region,” said Alexei Pulin, author of the Telegram channel “Weather in Yekaterinburg.” “However, the air temperature will rise quite slowly, but in perspective, each subsequent day is expected to be warmer than the previous one.”
According to the Ural Hydrometeorological Center, on January 24, variable cloudiness is expected in Yekaterinburg, with no precipitation, and a daytime temperature of -21°C (-6°F).
January 25: no precipitation, night -26°C (-15°F), day -18°C (0°F).
January 26: snow is also not expected, night -24°C (-11°F), day -16°C (3°F).
