Warming to -7°C forecast for Novosibirsk in late January

By the end of the last working week of January, warming will arrive in Novosibirsk. Services forecast that the temperature in the city will rise to -7°C (19°F). NGS has examined the forecasts from three services.

According to Yandex Weather, on January 26, the daytime temperature will rise to -18°C (0°F), and at night it will drop to -25°C (-13°F). The coldest night is expected on Tuesday, with the temperature dropping to -27°C (-17°F). On Friday and Saturday, warming is forecast: to -9°C (16°F) and -8°C (18°F) respectively. Meanwhile, on February 1, the temperature will drop again: during the day to -13°C (9°F), and at night to -21°C (-6°F).

Gismeteo promises a cold start to the week. On Monday, the daytime temperature will drop to -19°C (-2°F), and at night to -26°C (-15°F). On Tuesday, it will be -20°C (-4°F) during the day and -27°C (-17°F) at night. On Wednesday, the daytime temperature will be -21°C (-6°F), and at night -29°C (-20°F). In the following days, warming will arrive. During the day, the temperature will fluctuate from -12°C (10°F) to -9°C (16°F).

On the website Weather.NGS, warming is also forecast by the end of the week. The coldest day will be Wednesday, when the temperature will drop to -23°C (-9°F), and already on the weekend the service promises -8°C (18°F).
