Daytime temperatures will range from -12°C (10°F) to -17°C (1°F), with some areas seeing -22°C (-8°F) to -27°C (-17°F).
«From January 29 to February 2, in some parts of Arkhangelsk Region, abnormally cold weather is expected, with the average daily air temperature deviating from the climatic norm by 7 degrees or more towards cold,» added forecasters from the Northern Hydrometeorological Service (UGMS).
