In Tyumen, school classes for the first shift have been cancelled due to frost. The city administration published the information today, January 21. Children from younger grades stayed home this Wednesday.

«Attention parents and students of educational institutions! Today, due to low outdoor air temperature, classes for the first shift in Tyumen schools for students in grades 1–4 in person are cancelled,» reports the administration.
Earlier, meteorologists warned residents of Tyumen Region about an approaching sharp cold snap. It is expected that air temperature will drop below -30 degrees Celsius (-22°F).
