Rostov Oblast Weather January 22: Warming Continues
Roads across Rostov Oblast are expected to be icy, posing hazards for drivers.
The Rostov Hydrometeorological Center reports that warming will continue in Rostov Oblast on January 22.
In Rostov, the day will be cloudy with periods of clearing, and no precipitation is expected. In the morning, fog is possible, and during the day, frost. The wind will shift from western and north-western to north-eastern and eastern. Wind speed will be 6–11 meters per second.
The daytime air temperature in the city will rise to -1...-3°C (30...27°F), which is several degrees higher than the previous day. At night, thermometers will drop to -5...-7°C (23...19°F).
In the rest of the oblast, variable cloudiness with no precipitation is also forecast. The wind will be western and north-western, shifting to north-eastern and eastern, with speed remaining within 6–11 meters per second.
Daytime temperatures across the region are expected to range from -3 to -8°C (27...18°F). In the south of the oblast, warming up to 0°C (32°F) is possible. At night, the air will cool to -5...-10°C (23...14°F), and during clear spells, to -15°C (5°F).
Icy conditions will persist on all roads in Rostov Oblast.
