In Rostov Oblast on January 21, frosts will continue to gradually recede, and air temperatures will edge even closer to zero. This is stated in the hydrometeorological bulletin of the Rostov Hydrometeorological Center.

According to meteorologists« forecast, in Rostov on January 21, it will be cloudy with clearings and no precipitation. Morning fog, daytime frost. The wind will change from north to west and southwest. Its speed is 6–11 meters per second.

Daytime air temperature in Rostov will range from -3 to -5°C (27 to 23°F). This is several degrees warmer than on January 20. Nighttime temperature is -9 to -11°C (16 to 12°F).

In the rest of Rostov Oblast, it will also be cloudy with clearings, but light snow is possible in places. Morning fog, daytime frost. The wind is the same as in Rostov — 6–11 meters per second.

Daytime thermometer readings will show from -5 to -10°C (23 to 14°F), in the south up to -2°C (28°F). Air temperature at night is -6 to -11°C (21 to 12°F), with clearings down to -16°C (3°F), in the extreme northern areas down to -20°C (-4°F).

Throughout Rostov Oblast on January 21, black ice will persist on roads.
