Uzbekistan Airways flight makes emergency landing in Krasnoyarsk

A Boeing 767-300 aircraft, en route from Tashkent to Vladivostok, was forced to land in Krasnoyarsk. This was reported to our colleagues from NGS24.RU by the city airport.

It was found that the aircraft landed due to technical reasons, but which ones specifically is not specified. It departed from the capital of Uzbekistan at 09:40 local time and was supposed to arrive in the Far Eastern capital at 21:40 Vladivostok time, but will now arrive no earlier than 23:15.
On board were 122 passengers and crew members. There is no information about casualties, and the airport reported that the landing was routine, but the aircraft has been temporarily suspended from flights.
The Krasnoyarsk transport prosecutor«s office has also intervened in the situation. It will monitor the observance of rights — passengers should be provided with drinks, meals, and possibly accommodation in a hotel.
On January 12 due to weather, at Vladivostok International Airport, 8 flights immediately fell out of schedule. The mass delay attracted the attention of the Far Eastern Transport Prosecutor«s Office. The department reported that they are monitoring the situation and controlling the observance of passengers» rights.
