The road was closed due to the installation of underground utilities, the «Center for Road Traffic Safety» reported on its website. The passage should reopen on January 31.
An alternative route instead of Babushkina Street is Stakhanovskaya Street and the Stakhanov Circle. Today, January 21, traffic jams are building up there even in the middle of the workday. According to «Yandex Maps,» two traffic accidents occurred there.
