Today, January 29, at Colony-Settlement No. 12, located in the Ostashkovo district, the all-Russian contest «Come on, Girls!» was held among convicted women. This year, three contestants vied for the winner«s title.

The participants had to pass several tests — create a «business card», demonstrate talents, cook a dish, creatively present the history and culture of any Russian region, and walk in a fashion show wearing an evening gown.

After five rounds, the jury awarded victory to 35-year-old Veronika O., who has two more years to serve in the colony. The Omsk native had worked as a drug courier. She fully admitted her guilt, stating she wanted to earn a lot of money.
