Top Housing Developers Include Two from St. Petersburg
Two St. Petersburg-based construction firms have ranked highly in a nationwide developer rating that considers the total housing square footage completed over the past ten years.

According to the rating by YRZ.rf, which considers the volume of housing put into operation since 2016, two St. Petersburg holdings have entered the top five.
Setl Group took third place, having built 6.8 million square meters in three regions of the country. During this period, the company delivered 53 residential complexes consisting of 237 apartment buildings.
LSR Group took fourth place, having completed projects with a total area of 6.5 million square meters in five regions. The developer«s results include 53 residential complexes and 424 buildings.
The absolute leader of the rating was the Moscow-based PIK Group, which commissioned 18.3 million square meters of housing. Its activities covered 17 regions, where 151 residential complexes were built, including over 900 buildings.
In addition to capital and St. Petersburg companies, one organization from Stavropol Krai in southern Russia also entered the list of the largest developers of the decade.
