St. Petersburg developers deliver 1.5M sq m housing

Last year, ten leading construction companies in St. Petersburg commissioned a total of over 1.5 million square meters of housing. The information is based on preliminary results of the rating prepared by ЕРЗ.рф for 2025.

The top position was taken by the holding Setl Group, which delivered 385 thousand square meters of residential space over 12 months. This volume was realized within seven residential complexes consisting of 17 apartment buildings.

Second place in construction volume was taken by LSR Group (Gruppa LSR). The company commissioned 293 thousand square meters, which is equivalent to six residential complexes and 14 apartment buildings.

The top three was closed by the Moscow developer PIK Group, which completed projects in St. Petersburg with a total area of 172 thousand square meters from January to December 2025.

In addition to them, the top ten of the rating included the following companies from St. Petersburg:

• Lider Grupp
• Gruppa CDS
• GK RSTI
• Gruppa Akvilon

Another representative of the Moscow market — PIK Group — also entered the list of the most active developers in the Northern Capital by the end of the year.
