St. Petersburg Companies Lead in New Housing Construction in 2025
Two developers from St. Petersburg have entered the top ten for volume of housing delivered across Russia in 2025.

According to a ranking by ЕРЗ.РФ (ERZ.RF), two developers from the «Northern Capital» (St. Petersburg) are among the top ten companies for residential real estate delivery in 2025. LSR Group took sixth place, commissioning 525,000 square meters. Holding Setl Group ranked ninth with a result of 427,000 square meters.
The top spot in the ranking was retained by Moscow«s Renovation Fund, which delivered nearly 2 million square meters of housing. Second place is held by PIK Group with 1.6 million square meters, while third place is occupied by Samolet Group, which built 1.1 million square meters.
The top ten also includes companies from Stavropol Krai and Krasnodar Krai.
