Svetlana Andreyeva, who headed the administration of Villozskoye urban settlement in Leningrad Oblast, was prematurely suspended from her position. The formal reason was loss of trust, while the actual reason was a conflict of interest.
An inspection conducted by the Lomonosovsky District Prosecutor«s Office revealed that the official had entered into a civil law contract with a close relative. This information was made public by the regional prosecutor»s office press service on January 28.
As it turned out, driver services for the official car were provided by Andreyeva«s son, and previously by her husband.
In November 2025, the prosecutor sent a submission on the need to eliminate the violations. The council of deputies of Villozskoye settlement agreed with this document and took appropriate measures.
Since anti-corruption requirements were violated, Andreyeva was deemed to have lost trust. Her service contract was terminated prematurely, and she was relieved from the post of head of administration effective January 26.
