In the process, the car hit a traffic police inspector and several fences. In response, police fired 16 shots from their service weapons, with some bullets hitting the tires and body.
While the service Skoda was driving around the courtyard, the driver abandoned the car and tried to escape on foot. At that moment, a janitor, acting completely calmly, tripped him. The fugitive fell on the snow and was unable to continue running.
The driver refused to undergo a medical examination. Four protocols have already been drawn up against him. He faces criminal charges for repeated driving under the influence, as well as Article 318 of the Russian Criminal Code for using violence against a police officer.
