In the Tula region, a missile attack danger was declared at 21:40 on the evening of January 20. This was announced to residents by the head of the region, Dmitry Milyaev, on his Telegram channel.
Civil defense sirens and loudspeakers are audible everywhere, warning residents of the missile danger.
During the declared missile danger, one should take shelter in an underground passage, parking garage, or shelter.
It is necessary to immediately leave open areas and move away from windows.
As a last resort, one can hide on the first floors of buildings and in rooms located near a load-bearing wall.
