32 Ukrainian Drones Shot Down Overnight Over Nine Regions
Russian air defence systems destroyed 32 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles during a night-time attack that affected nine regions of the country.

The Russian Defence Ministry reported that overnight from 19 to 20 January, duty air defence systems intercepted and destroyed 32 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles of aircraft type. The attack lasted from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
The aerial targets were neutralized over the following regions:
- Bryansk Oblast and the Republic of Crimea — nine UAVs each
- Voronezh Oblast — three UAVs
- Belgorod, Kursk, Volgograd, Astrakhan and Samara Oblasts — two UAVs each
- Smolensk Oblast — one drone
No information was received about significant destruction or casualties on the ground. Temporary restrictions on air travel were in effect at the airports of Saratov, Penza, Yaroslavl, Samara and Kaluga. According to the press service of the Russian Federal Air Transport Agency, by the morning of 20 January, all restrictions were lifted.
