Orenburg Deputy Governor for Social Policy Larisa Boyarskaya took the issue under control (casting doubt on the situation) and instructed the head of the regional health ministry, Andrey Shatilov, to personally visit one of the pharmacies that citizens had complained about. And here are the results.

«As a result of the on-site inspection, it was recorded that all necessary sugar-lowering drugs are in stock. The current stock of these medications is sufficient and is valued at 66.2 million rubles (at current rates). Another batch worth 57.6 million rubles (at current rates) has already arrived at the warehouse and is undergoing acceptance procedures,» Boyarskaya wrote in her Telegram channel.
