24-year-old Max Nikolaev from Yekaterinburg, known by the nickname Nick Master, became famous on the internet thanks to his humorous videos in a bright yellow wig. He films funny sketches about various life situations and parodies girls. Currently, over half a million people are subscribed to his blog.

Max started recording his first videos on his aunt«s camera when he was seven years old: ‘I didn»t even know what the internet was back then. I just came up with jokes and scenes, filmed them, and then ran to show them to my mom and aunt.’
Max Nikolaev, who gained fame online, regularly visits Yekaterinburg twice each year.
The guy«s family never forbade him from filming jokes on camera and didn»t consider it a silly hobby. And at the end of ninth grade, when the family moved to Crimea, Max got into music, wrote songs, which he later sold to Nikolai Baskov himself. At that time, he was even able to financially help his mother. The blogger did not continue his studies and fully immersed himself in creativity.
In 2019, the family moved to St. Petersburg. After some time, Max Nikolaev«s blog began to grow actively thanks to humorous videos in a wig, which was spontaneously bought at Auchan.
‘I was often invited to Moscow for events, plus all colleagues and friends were in the capital. In May 2021, I realized that the moment had come when I needed to move. It wasn«t difficult, as I was already earning from the blog and had a decent amount to calmly rent a studio near the center and start settling in there,’ explained Max.
His rise to social media stardom was fueled by humorous parodies of female characters.
After the move, the Yekaterinburg native met pop king Filipp Kirkorov. The star artist invited Max over to film a video for his new hit. At the same time, being a blogger today, the guy admitted, is quite challenging. However, he has a whole army of fans that continues to support him.
‘I«m recognized on the street daily. I always smile, say hello, take photos. Life has blessed me with a wonderful audience, I»ve almost never had any hate,’ he said.
