Of particular interest to Novosibirsk viewers is the strong trio of participants: two-time Olympic champion in Greco-Roman wrestling Roman Vlasov, Russian MMA champion Zemfira Aliyeva, and professional dancer Vera Bondareva.

The participants must compete not only with each other but also with other titans of sports, including martial arts stars Alexander Povetkin, Alexey Oleynik, and Sergey Kalinin. The start was tough: participants had to lift a barrel to the height of their own body as many times as possible. The barrel«s weight was 30% of their body mass (25% for women). This was a test of strength and endurance.

Zemfira Aliyeva demonstrated a real feat—she lifted the barrel 501 times and entered the top 5 best performers. Novosibirsk resident Roman Vlasov confidently made it into the top 17 strongest athletes on his team, showed a worthy result, and advanced to the next stage. Vera Bondareva«s result was not shown, but it is known that the Siberian athlete did not leave the project.

Powerlifter Svetlana Veselova set an absolute record—she performed 800 lifts. Legendary boxer Alexander Povetkin unexpectedly showed the worst result in his group, not even reaching 60 lifts. Fighter Danil «Rugbyist» Aleev was nearly eliminated for failing to meet the time limit.

Among the well-known fighters, only Alexander Povetkin and judoka Alexander Mikhaylin were eliminated after the first episode. Danil Aleev, Alexey Oleynik, Anatoly Nadratovsky—the Siberian Conor—Sergey «Kratos» Kalinin, and most other martial artists retained their chances of winning. The battle of the seasons continues, and the Novosibirsk trio remains in the fight.
