Lysva man's fishing blog gets thousands of views

The blogger from Lysva posts videos about fishing and family trips.
A fisherman blogger from Lysva gets thousands of views on Dzen and social networks by making kind and educational videos about active recreation with family and fishing. The author shared an interesting story about his hobby with 59.RU.
In the recommendations of the Dzen blog platform, journalists from 59.RU noticed the channel «Lyokha the Fisherman!». The channel«s author, 47-year-old Alexey Toporov, lives in Lysva, works, and is raising two children. And he publishes positive videos in which he shows his life.
The blogger posted his first video on Dzen three years ago and called it «My Own Chickens!». In it, he reviewed a chicken coop, showed how chickens eat, and gave advice. «Do household farming,» says Alexey. «Breed [chickens] and you will, as the saying goes, have meat and eggs.»

One of his early videos featured a review of his chickens and their coop.
The most popular video on his channel — about cooking chicken in an Afghan cauldron — has gained over 13 thousand views. The second most popular was a review of a Chinese mini-saw, which gathered just over 10 thousand views.
Now Alexey mainly shows how he goes fishing; these videos are very interesting to viewers and actively gather views. The blogger also shows himself at fishing competitions, films unboxings of various products, and vlogs from his vacation.

His channel on the Dzen platform focuses on outdoor life and fishing.
Alexey is passionate not only about fishing but also about active recreation and loves nature very much. The Lysva resident explains: he used to record videos for himself on an old camera and accumulated a large archive. He started posting them to the «Fishing and Recreation» group and on a YouTube channel, but then decided to master Dzen.
«At first I was in a Lysva group; we have a lot of fishermen, especially enthusiasts who travel all over Russia, share their photos and useful information. But at some point, I realized I wanted to create my own group,» says the fisherman-blogger. «To keep young people from hanging around somewhere, they need to be introduced to fishing as a sport, so they learn to love nature, fishing trips, competitions, rafting, and hiking.»

He often shares images of his successful fishing trips with his audience.
Alexey taught himself to shoot and edit videos: he watched tutorial videos, mastered editing, and if something didn«t work out, he asked more popular bloggers who have more subscribers.
«As the channel creator, I have the ability to see who watches my channel,» shares Alexey. «I»m even watched from Kazakhstan, and I«m well viewed across Russia too. My subscribers are on average from 25 years old, but there are people my age and older. One subscriber wrote to me in the comments that he lives abroad, saw our native lands, and thanked me for the good video. I»ve started being recognized not only in the city but also on the Kama River. Once we were walking to go fishing with friends, and two snowmobiles stopped near us. It turned out they were subscribers; they recognized me and wanted to give us a ride — and it was a long walk, about three kilometers. I was embarrassed in front of my friends, I couldn«t just leave them, but we had a pensioner with us, and they gave him a ride.»
Alexey answered 59.RU«s question about whether it»s true that you have to go fishing very early in the morning to catch a lot of fish.

Alexey believes a love for nature is essential for anyone starting to fish.
«This is a fairly common question that is always asked everywhere,» says Alexey. «To know the answer, you need to be in nature more often, go out, and not be lazy. Everything will come with practice, experience brings everything; the main thing is to work hard. A person who wants to start must definitely love nature and study books about fishing. And if any questions arise, you can look up information on the internet or ask me on social networks.»
