TV host and Master of Sport in rhythmic gymnastics Laysan Utyasheva launched a Q&A in her blog. The athlete shared the secret to her slender figure, talked about Bashkortostan and her children. We read her answers for you and compiled everything in one article.

To recall, Laysan Utyasheva is from the village of Rayevsky in the Alsheyevsky District. She later moved to Moscow, built a sports career, and started her own shows, but periodically returns to her homeland.

Judging by the questions, fans are interested in every detail of Utyasheva«s life: the questions touched on both her personal life and work matters.

— Could you become a family psychologist? You«re very good at it.

— Thank you for the compliment. Friends, I still believe one needs to study for this profession and everyone should be a professional in their field. This is a kind of healing of the soul, relationships — it«s very serious. So I wouldn»t take it on. Giving some advice to girlfriends is one thing, but going out to a serious audience with a personal opinion — that«s too big a responsibility.

— When you were friends with Pasha for 4 years, weren«t you afraid he would meet someone else?

— I don«t know. Of course, every girl worries and wants to be the only one. I won»t be overly coquettish here. But I believed that we communicated well and were great friends too. At that stage in time, that friendship didn«t imply any serious relationship, because our schedules didn»t match and we were basically a bit afraid of each other, which heightened the tension in a pleasant way.

— When are you coming to Bashkortostan to see your babushka? Film her in your program.

— I visit Bashkortostan every year. Sometimes I have days when I post here in my Stories that I want to be with family. So I don«t film everything. Because there should be some private zone. Regarding my grandma: she has appeared on my social media more than once. But filming her properly for a show is a huge strain for her. Let»s spare my dear grandma. She is very elderly. She is 89.

— Are you Tatar or Bashkir? You look more like a Bashkir woman.

— This is the eternal question: am I Bashkir or Tatar? Let«s sort it out. My dad is Tatar, my mom is Bashkir. The question to you: who am I?

— I«d like to see your children more often, but I understand that»s personal.

— Yes, that is very personal. And the kids will grow up and decide for themselves. Enough material has been filmed of them for movies.

— How do you manage to have such a figure?

— Thank you so much, I«m really very pleased. I train hard, go for evening walks, keep myself on a diet. After 35, it»s even harder to maintain. Before, it was enough not to have dinner for two evenings — and the weight just fell off. Now you have to work at it.

— Why did you give the victory to someone unworthy? Out of pity?

— Guys, we didn«t give anything to anyone. I think you saw it all yourselves, the game was fair. Sasha won in a fair fight and got the prize. That»s all.

— Chocolate bar or cake?

— I wouldn«t choose either.

— What do you think about psychology, psychotherapy?

— I think if we can«t cope ourselves, then we should seek help, why not? Find a good psychologist and unload.

— Do you walk all your dogs at once?

— No. We walk them in turns or delegate it to the children.

We previously described how Laysan Utyasheva spent her childhood in Bashkortostan.
