50-Year-Old Shop Assistant Starts Blog, Wins Thousands of Followers

50-year-old Svetlana gained a multi-thousand army of fans on social media in a couple of months. The smiling woman talks about herself, her work at Magnit, and her past, evoking a sense of nostalgia in people. She worked on a farm for most of her life and then became a shop assistant.

«Days followed the same plan: work — home, work — home. I come home, eat, chat with the kids, sit a bit on the phone, watch a movie — and sleep. On weekends, cleaning, laundry, watch TV, rest — and it all starts over,» says Svetlana.
