EGE application deadline extended: time left to choose exams

Current year graduates submit their EGE applications at their schools, while past graduates and college students must use designated registration points.
The deadline for submitting applications for the Unified State Exam (EGE) in 2026 has been extended until February 2 inclusive. This was reported by the press service of Rosobrnadzor (Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science).
The agency explained that, according to the procedure for state final certification, applications must be submitted by February 1 inclusive. However, this year that date falls on a Sunday, so the deadline has been moved to the next business day, TASS reports.
How to submit an application
The procedure differs for different categories of participants:
current year graduates: submit their application at their school;
graduates of previous years and college students: apply at special registration points, information about which is published by regional education authorities.
Exam schedule for 2026
The main period for the EGE will run from June 1 to July 9. The approximate schedule by subject is:
June 1: History, Literature, Chemistry;
June 4: Russian language;
June 8: Mathematics (basic and advanced);
June 11: Social Studies, Physics;
June 15: Biology, Geography, Foreign languages (written);
June 18, 19: Computer Science, Foreign languages (oral);
June 22–25: reserve days for all subjects.
