Suvorov Military School Teacher Lured Cadet to Bathhouse, Assaulted Him
The former Suvorov Military School teacher has been sentenced to eight years in a penal colony for assaulting a cadet.
The Chkalovsky District Court of Yekaterinburg sent to a penal colony a former teacher at a Suvorov Military School who committed violence against a cadet.
While Vladimir Shch. was still working at the Suvorov school, he invited a minor cadet to his dacha to steam in a bathhouse and committed sexual acts against him.
«The defendant did not admit his guilt. However, based on the totality of evidence presented in the case, the court issued a guilty verdict,» the united press service of the courts of Sverdlovsk Oblast reported.
Vladimir was found guilty under point «a» of Part 3 of Article 132 of the Russian Criminal Code. The court sentenced him to eight years in a general regime colony. After his release, his freedom will be restricted for one and a half years. Also, the former Suvorov school teacher must pay the victim 200,000 rubles (approximately $2,000 at current rates) as compensation for moral damage.
