In Novosibirsk, the owner of a building on Naumova Street in the Pervomaysky district, which collapsed on the evening of January 21, has been detained. This was reported by NGS from the regional prosecutor«s office.

The owner of the two-story shopping center, entrepreneur Sergey Turkov, has been detained for 48 hours. A criminal case has been initiated for providing services that do not meet safety requirements, resulting in the death of a person (under subsections (a) and (c) of part 2 of article 238 of the Criminal Code).

On the afternoon of January 21, the second floor of a shopping center collapsed on Naumova Street in the Pervomaysky district of Novosibirsk. Several people were trapped under the debris, and one ultimately died.
