Migrant from Chelyabinsk Found Guilty of Intimacy with Schoolgirl

The Kalininsky District Court has sentenced 24-year-old migrant Begzod Enosov from Chelyabinsk, who took a schoolgirl to Yekaterinburg. He will spend the next year and a half in a penal colony — he was found guilty under two criminal articles: for sexual intercourse and other sexual acts with a person under the age of 16, and for lewd acts. Additionally, Begzod must pay 500,000 rubles (approximately $5,000 at current rates) in moral compensation to the victim.

Initially, the Uzbek citizen was arrested for taking a 14-year-old schoolgirl. Vika went missing on June 8; she did not return home and stopped answering calls. Her parents contacted the police and volunteers. With the help of billing data, her location was determined. The schoolgirl and her lover were found in Chelyabinsk Region.

It turned out that she was taken to another region by a 24-year-old migrant who lived nearby. Vika told her parents that they lived in a rented apartment where she cooked for both of them, and that they were in love.

«The schoolgirl asserted that there was no sex, that she went with the guy voluntarily, and that no one abducted her. But he — fool that he is — admitted everything, confirming in the initial stages that he had intimate relations with the girl. Moreover, it doesn«t matter whether it was traditional sex or not. An expert could not determine if she was a virgin. But used contraceptives were found in the apartment,» an E1.RU source explained.

Earlier, the schoolgirl«s father stated that the migrant took advantage of his daughter»s naivety. The parents did not believe that they had mutual feelings. According to the dad, after returning home, the daughter spends almost all her time in her room. She only goes outside to walk the dog. The parents took her for a forensic medical examination. Doctors, according to the girl«s father, confirmed that her relationship with the migrant was only platonic.
