Migrant found guilty of sexual relations with kidnapped schoolgirl

The Kalininsky District Court of Chelyabinsk sentenced 24-year-old migrant Begzod Enosov to one and a half years in a penal colony-settlement. He was found guilty under articles for sexual intercourse with a person under 16 years old and for lewd acts.

Additionally, the convicted is obligated to pay 500,000 rubles (approximately $5,600 at current rates) as compensation for moral damage to the victim.

Initially, the Uzbek citizen was detained on suspicion of abducting 14-year-old schoolgirl Vika in Yekaterinburg. The girl went missing on June 8, after which her parents turned to the police and volunteers.

The location was established with the help of billing data, and the teenager was found together with Enosov in the Chelyabinsk region.

The schoolgirl claimed that she went to another region voluntarily, they rented an apartment, and there were romantic relationships between them without a sexual component.

However, as explained by a source from E1.RU, «he himself admitted everything, the fool, at the initial stages confirmed that he had intimate relations with the girl. Moreover, it doesn»t matter whether it was traditional sex or not.«

The forensic medical examination could not unequivocally establish whether the victim preserved her virginity.

At the same time, used contraceptives were found in the apartment where they lived.

The girl«s father previously stated that the migrant took advantage of her naivety. The parents did not believe in the reciprocity of feelings.

After returning home, the daughter practically did not leave her room, only occasionally walked the dog.

A medical examination conducted at the parents« initiative, according to the father, confirmed the platonic nature of the relationship.
