Man filmed porn with underage sisters in Gelendzhik

A 44-year-old man from Gelendzhik has been convicted for sexually abusing his young relatives and forcing them into pornography, with an older sister also revealing past abuse.

In Krasnodar Krai, a sentence was handed down to a 44-year-old resident of Gelendzhik who had been corrupting his underage relatives for years. This was reported on January 22 by the joint press service of the regional courts.

The man abused two sisters for a long time, who were not yet 12 years old. He not only committed violence but also forced the girls to appear in pornographic photos and videos. The children remained silent for a long time due to family ties and fear, until they confided in their older sister«s boyfriend.

It was revealed that the older sister, who had been living separately for a long time, was also a victim of this relative in childhood. Upon learning that the story was repeating with the younger ones, she immediately went to the police.

The hearings were held in closed session. Despite the defendant categorically denying his guilt, the court found the evidence convincing. The man was convicted under two articles of the Russian Criminal Code:

Part «b» of Article 132, paragraph 5 (violent sexual acts against persons under 14 years of age);
Parts «a, v» of Article 242.2, paragraph 2 (use of minors for the production of pornography).

The criminal was sentenced to 16 years in a strict-regime colony with a restriction of freedom for 2 years. He was also banned from working with children for 10 years. The sentence can still be appealed, as it has not yet entered into legal force.
