Drug dealer from Tula gets 6.5-year prison sentence

The Leninsky District Court of Tula Region considered the criminal case against O.S. Shuvalova, accused of attempted illegal sale of narcotics in large quantities as part of an organized group and using the internet.
As established by the court, since February 2025, the woman was part of an organized group involved in drug distribution. According to the investigation, she acted as a retail stash dealer: using coordinates provided by a coordinator via an internet messenger, she found drug caches, then stored them at her home in the village of Osinovaya Gora, Leninsky District. There, she packaged the prohibited substances for further sale in Tula Region.
She was unable to complete the crime — during investigative actions, police officers discovered and seized the narcotics.
In court, the defendant fully admitted guilt. The court sentenced her to 6 years 6 months of imprisonment to be served in a general regime correctional colony, as well as a fine of 100,000 rubles (about $1,000 at current rates). The preventive measure of detention was left unchanged.
