In the summer, Tyumen volunteers from the «Poteriashki» animal-rescue foundation opened «Cat HQ» in the city. It is a space in the «Favorit» shopping center that resembles a small room with shelving and furniture — here, cats adapt to the conditions of a typical apartment and, with their charm, entice passing Tyumen residents to take them home.
