In Novosibirsk, they are looking for a home for a small cat named Perfa. She was born in a cluttered and dilapidated house in the private sector of Ob, from where she was rescued by volunteers.
In June, NGS reported on a dilapidated house in the city of Ob, where a pensioner lives with her son and many animals. Animal rights activists began taking cats and dogs from poor conditions to place them in good homes. Thus, they managed to catch and remove from there the cat Perfa, who looks like a kitten.
“I think she«s an adult cat, just underfed, so she»s small. But she looks and behaves like a child. Probably, she«ll remain an eternal kitten,” volunteer Kristina said.
Perfa has been treated for parasites, vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. Tests for immunodeficiency and leukemia showed that she does not have these diseases. She has also been trained to use a litter box and scratching post.
