Residents of Perm are looking for a home for an obviously domestic cat who spent the entire summer outdoors. Veterinarians have already examined the cat: he is healthy.

Residents of buildings on Revolyutsii Street took on placing the green-eyed beauty in good hands. They could not calmly watch the animal freezing, trying to warm itself on the district heating pipeline.

«All summer and autumn I’ve seen the same cat by the hospital. With the cold he moved onto the pipes next to it», — such a message appeared in a themed chat.

The cat was cold and tried to warm himself on the district heating pipe.

When it turned out that the cat was ‘nobody’s’, he was caught and taken to a veterinary clinic for an examination.

«By all indications, the cat lived at the Psikhonevrologichesky Dispanser (Psychoneurological Dispensary) on Revolyutsii Street, which moved out at the end of winter. I assume that during the relocation the cat hid or was forgotten», — Sergey, the initiator of placing the cat in a new home, told 59.RU. — «The cat underwent an examination; he is healthy».

The foundling is a male weighing almost seven kilograms (15 lb), neutered. Breed — British Shorthair or Russian Blue (there are some doubts). The cat was treated for parasites. Sergey clarified that all the behavior of the ‘lost one’ shows he is used to home life. The cat readily goes into people’s arms and knows how to use a litter box.

Those wishing to adopt the cat are asked to contact Nebolit Veterinary Clinic (Nebolit) at Mekhanoshina, 15 (Perm): in person or by phone (342) 293–97–92. The new owner will not have to pay for the examination or the pet’s stay at the clinic: residents of the buildings near where the cat was found are covering these costs.

Earlier, we reported that Perm volunteers are looking for homes for kittens from the Chusovaya River ethnopark (heritage park).
