Warming up? Parts of KhMAO to see -16°C, others -43°C this week

This week, residents of western Yugra (Nyagan, Urai, Yugorsk, Sovetsky) can expect daytime warming to -16°C (3°F). Meanwhile, in the eastern part of the region, which includes Nizhnevartovsk, Megion, and nearby cities, temperatures at night will drop to the «beloved» -38…-43°C (-36…-45°F).
