A warm cyclone will change weather conditions in the central regions of Russia from January 26 to February 1. Warming will replace the frosts, accompanied by snowfalls. The peak of bad weather in Moscow is forecast for Tuesday, January 27. Already on Wednesday, January 28, intense snowfalls will shift to Yaroslavl and Ivanovo regions.
The Phobos center reported: «Over two days, the increase in snow cover could reach 15–20 centimeters.»
By the end of the week, the temperature will drop again, and frosts will return.
