Primorye to See Slight Warming on January 27

On Tuesday, January 27, a slight warming is expected in Primorye. At night, a strong wind will blow, with air temperatures ranging from -28 to -33 °C (-18 to -27 °F) in central areas, -14 to -19 °C (7 to -2 °F) on the coast and southeast, and -20 to -25 °C (-4 to -13 °F) in other parts of the region, but there will be no precipitation, according to forecasters from the Primorsky Hydro-Meteorological Service (Primhydromet).
During the day in Primorye, light snow will fall, and roads will become icy with packed snow, but the wind will calm down and temperatures will warm up to -5 to -10 °C (23 to 14 °F) on the coast and -11 to -16 °C (12 to 3 °F) in other areas of the region.
In Vladivostok, nighttime temperatures will be -16 to -18 °C (3 to 0 °F), and during the day, it will warm up to -11 to -13 °C (12 to 9 °F). Throughout the day, it will be mostly cloudy with almost no precipitation, but by evening, a strong north wind will blow.
In Ussuriysk, it will be cold at night: temperatures will range from -24 to -26 °C (-11 to -15 °F), but during the day, the situation will change significantly and warm up to -9 to -11 °C (16 to 12 °F). It will be cloudy and without precipitation, and even the wind will not exceed moderate strength, although icy roads will persist.
In Nakhodka, it will be relatively warm at night: temperatures will be around -14 to -16 °C (7 to 3 °F). During the day, it will drop to -9 to -11 °C (16 to 12 °F), but with the warming, a strong wind will arrive. No precipitation is expected throughout the day.
