In Rostov-on-Don, it will be cloudy, with practically no precipitation during the day. On the roads, black ice and snowdrifts are possible. Wind speeds will reach 6–11 meters per second. Daytime temperatures will be -11… -13 °C (12…9 °F), cooling to -15… -17 °C (5…1 °F) at night.
Across the oblast, light snow is expected in some areas. On highways, black ice and snow cover are also anticipated. Wind speed will be 6–11 meters per second, with gusts in the south of the region potentially increasing to 14 meters per second. During the day, thermometers will show -12… -17 °C (10…1 °F), in the southern districts — up to -9 °C (16 °F). At night, the temperature will drop to -13… -18 °C (9…0 °F), and in the north and east — to -27 °C (-17 °F).
