23-year-old Alexander Kuzmin from Nizhny Tagil, known by the pseudonym Sasha.vizual, became famous after his scathing reviews of clothing stores. Alexander told E1.RU how he started in Nizhny Tagil, moved to Moscow, faced popularity and hate, and openly shared how he decided to undergo plastic surgery.

In Tagil, Alexander graduated from college with a degree in «socio-cultural activities.» He got the diploma just for the sake of it: the guy always knew he wouldn«t work in that field and was searching for himself.

He worked at Burger King for an extended period during his early career years.

«I worked as a photographer for about a year. Then she closed her firm, and I got a job at Burger King, where I stayed for a long time. First, I was at the cash register, then became a universal worker, meaning I could work all over the restaurant. I combined studies and work.»

«No matter how bad I say things are, people will still come to the stores and buy everything»

Sasha started blogging as a child. At 15, he created his YouTube channel, where he talked about his life and filmed sketches.

«Nothing there got many views, but I always wanted to be a blogger, since childhood I had a gut feeling that this was all for me. My relatives always supported me, but in school, classmates and teachers really disliked me for it,» Alexander explained.

Alexander faced dislike from schoolmates and teachers for his active social media presence.

Due to bullying and busyness, the Ural native abandoned his social networks over time, but returned to photography. Then he received an offer to work as an SMM specialist at a jewelry store in Nizhny Tagil.

Alexander«s work was noticed by other boutique owners. He became a sought-after stylist and photographer. That»s how he moved to Yekaterinburg:

«I started focusing only on shootings. I shot various stores, worked in SMM. Then other Yekaterinburg bloggers started appearing, with whom I began working. I helped them with shootings, came up with some scenarios. I sat and thought, why, if I can make people popular and help them earn big money, I remain behind the scenes. And I started running my own social networks.»

After working in the food service industry, the young man discovered his passion for fashion.

For six months he tried to make videos, but nothing worked—the audience didn«t grow. In a moment of despair, Alexander was helped by a friend who strongly believed in him.

»Then I started having depression, and I was put on antidepressants. My friend believed in me, and somehow it all took off. Some might say I hit the target right away, but I don«t think so. Since childhood, I»ve been filming and tried different formats for a very long time,« he shared.

The blogger managed to find his format—he started going to clothing stores in shopping malls and making reviews of them. Alexander»s gimmick became the funny words he uses in his videos.

«My content is based on criticism. Everyone thinks I»m some kind of bad person, but actually, the stores I review communicate with me. Some even pay me for it. Polished outfits aren«t interesting to anyone. People wanted a new format, they wanted to laugh, because, honestly, there»s very little that can make us happy these days. No matter how bad I say things are, people will still come to the stores and buy everything,« the Ural native said.

Videos created by the blogger often reach millions of views and viral status.

Alexander admitted that he has no pre-prepared script—it«s all sincere improvisation. Despite the scandalous criticism, major brands started working with him:

»Stores always used to allocate some store credits for me so I could dress there. Actually, they paid me money for coming to them.«

There were situations when they tried to kick the blogger out of the store, but he always stands up for his rights and films videos despite prohibitions. Also, he makes some videos with famous bloggers and star hosts.

«I want to be popular, not just play at being a blogger in the Urals»

As soon as the blog started gaining momentum, Alexander decided to move to Moscow. He admitted that he needed a change of scenery. The guy also understood that it would be much easier to develop in the capital than in Yekaterinburg.

He aspired to relocate to Moscow for better growth prospects in his blogging career.

«I want to be popular and I want to develop, not just play at being a blogger in the Urals. We have many bloggers who grow to 100,000 subscribers and that»s it. Those who always aim higher, they all move to Moscow, where the epicenter of all events is,« Alexander explained.

He admitted that he didn»t regret moving to the capital at all, as it was his dream since childhood.

In Moscow, Alexander feels completely at ease and thrives in the new environment.

«For some reason, my mom didn»t believe I would move, but now she«s proud of me. It»s as if I was prepared for this since childhood. I don«t know why, everyone told me: »Moscow is so hard.« Time moves differently here: it takes very long to get from point A to point B. But this doesn»t scare me at all, and it«s as if I was born for the capital and for blogging.»

«I can»t even go to the store peacefully«

Despite the scandalous presentation of fashion reviews, the blogger has almost no haters. The guy managed to gather people who are also into style and just want to be up to date with events.

»There are random trolls that write negative comments, and many write all sorts of things in private messages, but I just don«t read them. Why read that?» he is convinced.

The blogger has gathered a large and dedicated following of fans across platforms.

It was in Moscow that the blogger started being recognized on the streets, while in Yekaterinburg, fans almost waited for him at every step.

«In Yekaterinburg, friends invited me to a venue. There, everyone started pestering me: can I take a photo, can I shoot a video with you. Some had inappropriate behavior. On the street, they grab and film on the sly. I really don»t like that. Come up, ask, can we take a photo, can we film. I never refuse. But now the recognition rate, apparently because I have a very bright personality, is very high. I can«t even go to the store peacefully,» Alexander explained.

He altered the shape of his nose for health reasons rather than cosmetic purposes.

Later, the Ural native had surgery on his whole body—he removed excess weight.

«I gained a lot of weight, and to go to the gym, I»ll be honest, I«m a lazy person, like many, for me the gym is very hard. The surgery removed all the excess fat for me. Now I»ll have to somehow force myself to go to the gym to maintain this shape. I work a lot, and so I just needed to lose weight quickly,« Alexander shared.

Alexander underwent comprehensive body surgery to completely transform his physical appearance.

The guy didn«t like his wide hips, which he had from birth. Due to his profession, he wants clothes to look beautiful and stylish on him.

»It«s hard because you need to wear special underwear for two months, and the skin reattaches to the body, all nerve endings recover.»

His current appearance reflects the changes he made through surgery and personal style.
