Spring Forecast for Omsk Region

Russian meteorologists outline the spring weather patterns expected in the Omsk region over the coming months.
The Hydrometeorological Centre of Russia has shared what weather awaits Omsk residents from February to April. According to forecasters, in the Omsk region, there will be no strong weather fluctuations over these three months. In February, temperatures in most of the region are expected to be below normal. In the north of the region, anomalous warmth is forecast — at least one degree Celsius (1.8°F) above usual. A similar situation is expected in March.

Northern parts of the Omsk region are predicted to experience warmer than average temperatures this season.
April will be colder almost throughout the entire country, including in our region. The deviation from the norm is slight — one degree Celsius (1.8°F) below.

March is anticipated to have similar temperature deviations as February in the Omsk area.
Previously, NGS55.RU reported that February in the Omsk region would be anomalously warm. And in March, the average air temperature will be more than 1 degree Celsius (1.8°F) higher.

April is forecast to be slightly cooler than normal across Russia, including the Omsk region.
Recall that in the second half of the upcoming week, it will warm up significantly. But before that, residents of the region will have to endure a few more frosty days.
