Successful trainer from Pervouralsk Olga Frolova showed which exercises will save you from excess weight. Specifically for E1.RU readers, she prepared an easy fat-burning workout— it includes five exercises that anyone can repeat. Watch the video above, study the technique, and exercise with us!

«The workout is suitable for girls with a lot of excess weight, as well as for those with sore knees or lower back. Let«s start with walking. It will greatly warm up the body and start the fat-burning process. We work for all 30 seconds. Each of you works at your own pace— in any case, the workout will be beneficial for you»— Olga began the session.

After walking, there are four simple exercises with step-ups, knee raises, and bends. Exercise time— 30 seconds, rest time— 15 seconds. Ideally, such a workout, fitting into four minutes, should be repeated several times.
