The administration of Yaroslavl has announced an auction for the lease right of a land plot at the address: Popova Street, 12.

The territory is located near the intersection with Tormoznoye Highway and is approximately 500 meters in a straight line from the bank of the Volga River.
The area of the plot is 4,057 square meters.
In the notice of the auction, it is stated: «Permitted use of the land plot — »multi-story residential development (high-rise development)«».
According to the documentation, on this site, the construction of buildings no higher than nine stories is allowed.
There are green plantings on the plot, which it is recommended to preserve as much as possible when designing the residential complex.
The land is provided for lease for a period of 88 months, which is slightly more than seven years.
The auction is scheduled for February 11, the starting price of the lot is 7.69 million rubles (approximately $76,900 at current rates) as an annual rent.
Previously, it was reported about plans for construction in the center of Yaroslavl on Nekrasova Street of a multi-story building with children«s and sports grounds on the roof.
